Savloff Capital Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Savloff Capital Deal Command Center, a proprietary internal investment analysis platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information accessed through our platform and its third-party integrations. - INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect and process the following types of information:
Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials for authorized platform users.
Financial Data via Third-Party Integrations: When you connect a third-party accounting platform (such as QuickBooks Online), we access financial data including profit and loss statements, revenue figures, expense categories, balance sheet data, and cash flow reports belonging to businesses under analysis.
Usage Data: Log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps for security and audit purposes.

All data collected through this platform is used solely for internal investment analysis and due diligence purposes by Savloff Capital Group. Specifically we use data to:

Our platform integrates with third-party services including QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.). When you authorize a connection to a third-party service you are subject to that service’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to ours. We access only the data necessary for investment analysis purposes and store authorization tokens securely. - DATA RETENTION
Financial data pulled from third-party integrations is retained for the duration of the investment analysis period. You may request disconnection of any third-party integration at any time through the platform, which will revoke our access to that account’s data. - YOUR RIGHTS
Authorized platform users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us directly. Third-party financial data may be removed by disconnecting the relevant integration within the platform. - CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
